Frequently asked questions

How do I sign up?

Open the app and choose Continue with Apple, or enter an email address to receive a sign-in link. Most athletes join through an invite from their coach (see below).

I'm a coach. How do I add athletes to my team?

Open the Team tab and tap the invite button in the top right. Share the generated link or QR code with your athlete. When they tap it, they're added to your team automatically — no manual setup, no codes to type.

I'm an athlete. How do I join my coach?

Tap the invite link your coach sent you, or scan their QR code. If you already have an account, you'll be added to the coach's team on the next sign-in. If you're new, the invite walks you through creating an account.

I forgot to check in yesterday. Can I still log it?

Today's check-in is the only one that counts toward your streak. We've intentionally kept the daily ritual focused on today so the data stays honest. Tomorrow is a fresh start.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, daily check-ins, and any team relationships. Coaches lose visibility into your historical data the moment you delete.

Where is my data stored?

On Supabase infrastructure in the EU (eu-west-1). See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights.

The app crashed or I found a bug. What should I do?

Email support@algisperformance.com with a brief description of what you were doing and your device model and iOS version. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.

How do I request a feature?
